DPD Laser’s newest innovation is their mobile Customer App! For your convenience, you can now book a collection, pay online, send or track a parcel, and query by engaging with their friendly bot, Milo - all from the convenience of your phone. It is your very own personal collection and delivery tool on your phone.
Why use this app?
DPD Laser can help you ensure that your courier service process is made simple. This App is easy to download and access. From the convenience of a mobile device, you are able to manage the whole shipment of a parcel without having to speak to anyone, or complete any paper documentation.
The App has various functions:
Sign in
Sign in or Register to customise your preferences and gain access to advanced features. After you have registered once, the App will remember your settings.
Send
You can send a parcel anywhere in South Africa, and if you book a collection before 11am, one of the DPD Laser drivers will collect on the same day. You can select when you would like the parcel collected (today, tomorrow, or following 2 days plus a custom option), how many parcels there are, and the parcel size (a drop down option is provided). Complete the easy to use template and pay online using a credit card or enter your account details.
Track
If you are expecting a parcel or you have shipped with DPD Laser, use the App to track the progress of the parcel in real time. Enter the Waybill number and push Submit. Your recent searches will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Query
Meet their friendly personal assistant, Milo, who is available 24/7 to assist you with your queries. Click on Query to chat to him. Milo can assist with various queries, including but not limited to:
- Waybill / parcel status
- Collection status
- Serviced days for area
- Request a call-back.
How do I access the App?
The App can be downloaded and saved on your phone by clicking on this QR code. Alternatively, the App can also be accessed from their website, www.dpdlaser.co.za, or download the DPD Laser App off Google Play or App Store.
